Our home county of Lancaster PA is a hotbed for retirement communities, with one of the highest populations of senior living centers in any county in the United States. Our work for retirement communities and senior living services began here with Brethren Village, a client for more than 10 years. But it has grown to include communities with locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Washington DC.

All retirement communities have a mission that includes a commitment to quality care and compassion for their residents and other seniors served by their organizations. The challenge from a brand development standpoint is to find those elements of their brand that are uniquely theirs and position them effectively in their market.
Developing a unique brand for each client
For each of our senior living clients we have conducted in-depth research that has helped us articulate what makes their service special and most fitting for residents and their families. Examining the internal culture of each community is critical to expressing their brand well. We study their service attitudes and what residents and their families say to us directly to best understand what makes a community and its brand effective.
Then we develop brand strategy for each retirement community that fits them and which they can demonstrate on a daily basis in service to their residents.
