The Virginia Education Association faced the challenge of remaining relevant to more than 50,000 member teachers as the face of education changed dramatically in the 21st century. Through research with members and the citizens of Virginia, Taylor Brand Group helped identify key issues of member teachers and potential members and assisted in the transformation of the organization to one that represented both the collective and individual needs of K-12 public school teachers. Our brand position is based on empowerment and utilizes interactive technology to help make it tangible and effective for members across the state.
